TGIF will protect all personal information received from individuals for the purpose of inquiries, mailing newsletters or the occasional promotion.

When you join our mailing or email list, we gather your personal information. It can include your full legal name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, date of birth, and any other information which may identify you.

TGIF may collect the above information to process your request for travel services and may share your information with other companies involved in completing your travel reservations. We restrict their access to personal information we hold as much as is reasonably possible. These companies are also legally bound to safeguard this information.

Your information is obtained or used only with your consent. Consent can be submitted via membership application form, mail, e-mail, fax or verbally.

We only collect information for the purpose of inquiries, membership, and/or travel. Should TGIF wish to use your personal information for a purpose not contemplated at the time of initial collection we may use your contact information to ask for your consent to use your personal information for the new purpose. Our office staff is familiar with and practices all aspects of our privacy policy. We do not sell/rent/give member information to unrelated third parties.

Member information will be retained for the current membership period and historical information.
- Accuracy
We try to keep your information as up to date as possible. We may contact you occasionally to ensure our information is accurate.
- Safeguards
TGIF has security measures and procedures in place to ensure that your personal information is protected from misuse and from unauthorized access. However, no data transmitted over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. Our website contains links to other sites and we are not responsible for the privacy or content of such websites. We encourage our users to read the privacy statements of the third party sites.

Upon request you have the right to see, verify or update any of your personal information we have on file. Please contact our office to access this information.
